  • ⅓ cup plain greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 lemon, zested, juiced
  • 4-5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 T dried oregano
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
